Show Notes

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and as a result we wanted to discuss ways to cope with the stress of life and the various things we experience every day. There are so many modalities and theories used to address mental health concerns and many of them are using mindfulness and other holistic approaches to help guide and further the effects of treatment.

In this episode we speak to Katiuscia Gray also known as Queen K. Queen K is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, certified yoga teacher (200hr) and psychotherapist.
