Jamie Rockymore-Bess is Founder of Helpful Living Magazine. She is a Divine Cultivator, she creates content to help others understand the importance of mental health to help those along their mental health journey. Her mission is to educate, inspire, and change the narrative on the stigma of mental health. She worked in the mental health industry for over ten years and continues to use her expertise to inform individuals and families about mental health and wellness. She noticed the need of providing something tangible for families and individuals who had questions and concerns about mental health services. After working in the industry as a discharge coordinator and witnessing the need she soon created Helpful Living Magazine.
