Queen P & Queen H Season 7 Episode 7

Send us a text

Music has long been recognized as a powerful tool for healing—it truly can soothe the soul.  In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month this May, we explore how music can help reduce stress and promote emotional well-being.

In this episode, we’re joined by Ash da Vet and Kea Renee from the Always on Key podcast, two queens who share a deep love for R&B and all things music.  Together, we discuss the therapeutic benefits of music, our favorite tracks for self-care and how to incorporate music into your mental health journey.

This episode is fun, informative and full of love for music’s ability to uplift and inspire.  Plus, we’ve collaborated with Always on Key to create a playlist called Songs to Soothe on Apple Music and Spotify—perfect for relaxing and re-centering.
